A 26 year old brand that offers the best in nail enhancements and beauty services along with retail offerings. With over 33 branches nationwide specifically selected in busy shopping centres our salons make for a stunning business opportunity.

The costs

Dreamnails & Body offers a turnkey operation at a cost from R590 000.00 (plus VAT R695 000.00, based on a ± 50m² - 60m² shop)

Should a prospective Franchisee require assistance in raising the needed finance, Dreamnails & Body will assist the prospective Franchisee in the preparation of a business plan together with any other relevant documentation to the point of submission to financial institutions, once he/she has paid and initial franchisee fee of ± R130 000.00 (excl VAT)

Franchise costs include:

  • The rights to operate under the Dreamnails & Body name
  • Assistance with site selection and approval
  • Initial Franchise legal costs
  • Operation Manual
  • Complete Dreamnail & Body Point of Sale program, computer and cash till
  • Pre-opening consultation
  • Training of Franchisee and three Nail Technicians in all nail systems with initial stock and equipment, brand orientation, manicures, pedicures and product knowledge.
  • Complete setting up and equipping of the salon
  • Four nail stations plus start up stock and gel lamps
  • One Hi-Tech pedicure stations plus start up stock
  • One beauty cubicle including bed, trolley, therapist chair, magnifying lamp, steamer and start up stock
  • Ongoing operational and business support
  • Regular workshops and Seminars
  • Uniforms for 4 people
  • Initial point of sale stock for store opening and promotions

What training will you need and what does it cost?

Initial training of the Franchisee and Three Nail Technicians is included in the Franchise cost. Subsequent training is R5 500.00 (incl VAT) per person. All nail technicians must have an NSI certificate either for the full training course or conversion to the NSI product and concept before they can operate in a DNB store.

The Nail Training School runs for three weeks every month.
The cost for training is +-R5 500 (Inc. VAT) The cost being made up as follows:

  • Training Manual
  • Products used during training
  • Equipment needed for the application of all system (excluding gel lamp)
  • Attraction Starter Kit

These systems being

  • Acrylic Sculptured
  • Acrylic Tip Overlay
  • Gel Tip application
  • Fibre Tip application

Stock

  • Start-up stock is included in the Franchise Costs

Shop Fitting

  • Full equipping and setting up is covered by the Franchise Costs. Lay out according to the Operations Manual. The Brand Look is updated every 5 years to keep up with the trends. This is for the franchisees' account.

A requirement of 15 models is needed for physically practice, over a 3 week training period.
All nail technicians will be trained on the following:

  • Deportment
  • Hygiene and Sanitation
  • HeadStart Point of Sale System
  • Manicures
  • Pedicures
  • DNB Product Knowledge
  • Basic Selling Skills
  • Brand Orientation

All Beauty Therapists employed by a Dreamnails and Body Franchisee must be a fully
qualified Beauty Therapist with appropriate Certificates.
In addition to this qualification they will be trained by Dreamnails and Body on the following:

  • Deportment
  • DNB Product Knowledge
  • Hygene and Sanitation
  • HeadStart Point of Sale System
  • Basic Selling Skills
  • Signature Manicures and Pedicures
  • Waxing
  • Eyelash and Brow Tinting
  • Eyelash Extension
  • Brand Orientation
