Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to allow sufficient times for scheduled treatments. If you arrive late for an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or, if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment, we reserve the right cancel your appointment entirely.
Products purchased by you are only returnable or refundable in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read the back of your till slip carefully.
Certain treatments are not recommended for people with medical conditions. Please inform the reception desk and/or your skin care professional if you are pregnant or have any medical condition which may potentially be affected by a treatment. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose any medical condition from which you suffer to us.
You are required to inform us at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment should you need to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a time that is convenient for you but we cannot guarantee that the new time that you want will be available. If you provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice of your need to cancel an appointment, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to charge you a reasonable fee if we are unable to ﬁll your allocated appointment time.

We reserve the right to ask any person to leave a salon if they are offending or disturbing other customers, owners, skin care professional and/or staff members.
RISK AND LOSS
Please note that you enter a salon at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, damage, injury, loss or misfortune (“harm”) that may occur while you are in a salon, other than where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you. Where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you, we will still not be liable for such harm where we did not know that the products were defective when we received them, where we could not reasonably have been expected to have known that the products were defective or where products became defective due to us complying with instructions provided to us by a third party.
